Path:
Pharmacy > Adjustments > Department Stock(QTY)
1. Search and select items
2. Enter new quantity — the quantity the batch should have after the adjustment (not the amount to add). For example, to add 2 to a batch of 10, enter 12.
3. Enter comment
4. Press "Make adjustment" button
5. Print Stock adjustment note
The note shows Before Qty, Changed Qty and After Qty (10, 2 and 12 here). See Print stock adjustment.
