Path: Administration > Pharmaceutical Management > Pharmaceutical Fundamentals > Manage Dosage Forms

To add a new Dosage Form, first enter the Dosage Form Details, such as

• Dosage Form
• Code
• Description

Then select the "Add" button to save the new dosage form.

To remove a dosage form, first, select the item and then select the remove button.
