Use this page to reserve a ward bed for a patient in advance and collect an appointment fee or advance payment at the time of booking.

Steps

1. Enter patient details
2. Select room/ward and admission date range
3. Enter payment method and fee amount
4. Enter referring doctor details (optional)
5. Click Make Appointment
6. Print reservation receipt

Appointment Fee in Reports

Appointment fees are grouped with inward deposits in all cashier and financial reports.

Cancellations appear under Inward Payment Cancellations in the same reports.
