Path: Administration > Manage Insttituions > Institution Options
First select the institution and then select "List Options". Only options belonging to that institution are shown. Select Edit on any row to change its value.
Adding a brand-new option
Select Add New Option to create a key that doesn't exist yet for the currently-selected institution (the button is disabled until an institution is picked). Enter the Option Key — just the part after the institution name — pick a Value Type (Boolean, Short Text, Long Text, Long, or Double), enter an Initial Value, then select Create. If that key already exists for this institution, the create is rejected.
