Channel Past Bookings Search
The Past Bookings screen lets you search for channel bookings from previous dates — useful for looking up a patient's appointment history, verifying a past payment, or reprinting a receipt.
Navigation
Menu → Channelling → Past Bookings
Requires the ChannellingPastBooking privilege.
Search Options
The past bookings search typically allows filtering by one or more of the following:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Patient name | Search by partial or full patient name |
| Phone number | Search by the patient's registered mobile number |
| Bill number | Look up a specific channel bill by its number |
| Date range | Narrow results to a specific period |
| Consultant | Filter by a specific doctor |
| Speciality | Filter by clinical speciality |
| Session instance | Find all bookings for a specific session |
Enter the search criteria and click Search (or press Enter). Results are displayed in a table.
Search Results
Each result row shows:

| Bill No | Channel bill number |
| Date | Booking date |
| Patient | Patient name |
| Consultant | Doctor name |
| Speciality | Clinical speciality |
| Session | Session name and time |
| Serial No | Patient's number in the session |
| Payment | Payment method and amount |
| Status | Active / Cancelled / Refunded / Rescheduled |
Actions from Search Results
From a past booking result you can:
- View — open the full booking details
- Reprint — reprint the channel bill or booking receipt
- Manage — access cancel, refund, or reschedule options (subject to privilege and session status)
