The Rending Plinth is an item created using Astral Power which allows for the manual creation of Gateways to any location.

Obtaining

To obtain a Rending Plinth, transmute a Runestone using Astral Power.

Before 9.16 The reagent was instead a Lodestone.

Usage

If you click on the Rending Plinth using a Linked Bottle of Warp, the bottle will be consumed and the Plinth will create a Gateway in the block space above itself that leads to the bottle's destination. The Gateway can then be used perpetually to transport entities to that location.

Breaking or moving the Rending Plinth in any way causes the Gateway to be destroyed.

Before 9.16 The Gateway created was an End Gateway, and as such could not cross dimensional borders.
