Mummichog Bot (MummiBot)

The mummichog bot aims to streamline the analysis of peaks-to-pathways files. The Mummibot takes in a directory of peaks-to-pathways files and runs them through the mummichog analysis portion of MetaboAnalyst.

Note: Prior to starting bot make sure to remove any Download.zip files in your Downloads folder.

• LC-MS: Positive Mode
• Database: Mouse_KEGG
