Testing out alb with lighttpd

• Deploy an ec2 instance with fedora or centos

• login

• sudo -i

• dnf install -y lighttpd

• echo "ok" > /var/www/lighttpd/healthz

• chown lighttpd:lighttpd /var/www/lighttpd/healthz

• lighttpd -f /etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf

• curl -i http://localhost:80/healthz

• There are also logs in /var/log/www/lighttpd
