Works both for control and feedback.

Local port

Set this to the same value as "Send to port" in OSC/PILOT (by default 8001).

Device host

Set this to 127.0.0.1 if OSC/PILOT runs on the same computer as REAPER, otherwise to the IP address of the machine on which OSC/PILOT runs.

Device port

Set this to the same value as "Listen on port" in OSC/PILOT (by default 8000).
