USPTO REQUEST API

you can search max 1000 appNo/patNo/PCT directly in USPTO database

USPTO RESPONSE API

you will get queue-status/response, there are 4 buckets

  • '' (empty string) => idle bucket or waiting in queue, queue_index property contains the current queue position
  • processing => processing bucket or your request under processing
  • success => processed bucket or successfully processed, response property contains the response from USPTO
  • failed => processed bucket or failed to process & statusText property contains the reason
