The design thinking for this project involved the cycle of empathy matrix evaluation, defining the potential customer segments based on the empathy matrix insights, ideation, prototyping, testing, and performing continuous development and integrations. The empathy matrix conducted is currently hosted in a jam board
Based on the empathy matrix, here are the statements we have about our ideal customer:

- Has experienced security breaches and actively seeks a reliable and proactive solution.
- Appreciates open communication about security measures and data privacy practices.
Privacy-aware early adopter:
- Invests in innovative technologies with strong data privacy and security features.
- Values customizable privacy settings for controlling data collection and usage.
Tech-enthusiast:
- Enjoys integrating smart devices and seeks a compatible solution for a seamless home experience.
