Once Data is in the Query Session from tracing the images in the directory specified in Query Directory Image (or after editing data from a previous save Rdata) you can save the hash and trace data for the Query Directory via the Save Query Rdata button in the top left.
This will add a file named finFindR.Rdata as bellow. A popup will indicate when the save is complete. The finFindR.Rdata file saves the names for each image and associates them with an id (unnamed is default) and neural hash, thus if you rename an image, the saved name inside thefinFindR.Rdata file will no longer be linked with the renamed image.
