Concatenate Reference Data

Even tho finFindR uses all the finFindR.Rdata files found inside the directory specified in the Reference Image Directory box and all of its sub directories, you may wish to join together the data you have been referencing into a single directory for orginazational purposes.
For example the root directory would be "12_09_14_finFindR-Crops"
Press the Concatenate Reference Data in the upper left. When finished, a popup will indicate that the finFindR.Rdata files have been successfuly combined and saved in the directory specified as the Reference Image Directory:

Now create a new directory to hold the images and the newly created finFindR.Rdata file.
