Once you have loaded in data from the Query Directory you can modify the image names. By selecting Rename as the Input Type you will be presented with a browser button which lets you select a csv:

This csv file must contain at least two columns:

• The name of the image file before the update, such as fin.JPG
  

• The desired name of the image file, such as finUpdated.JPG
  

By default, finFindR will only change the Rdata information with the expectation that the user has already made the desired file name changes but, you can also use finFindR to rename the actual JPG files by selecting Rename file in addition to finFindR record

Dont forget to Save if you want the Rdata file to remember the changes you make to the session data
