Only images loaded in from the Query directory can be modified.
From either the Cluster or Matches tabs, a window showing a Query individual will have the following in its header:

The upper most box simply shows the name of the image.
Below that is the ID assigned to the individual. This can be modified by clicking the Change button. Once clicked, the ID can be modified:

You can type in the new ID and click Set to assign it or leave it blank and click Set to leave the ID unchanged.
The Trace checkbox shows or hides the region of interest the network is using to identify the fin. This should ALWAYS be the trailing edge.

By clicking the Fix button, you can click the tip of the fin and the bottom of the trailing edge to redirect the networks attention.
Remove only removes the image from the session data. It does not delete the image from your computer.

Dont forget to Save if you want the Rdata file to remember the changes you make to the session data
