By selecting Image as the Input Type you will be presented the Trace Fin button which begins the cataloging process:
This is when the tracing of the back edge takes place as well as running the neural net to generate the hash used for matching against other individuals.
In the Query Directory box, provide a path containing some cropped images; such as "12_09_14_finFindR-Crops\S1_07-13-15\101EOS1D" from the above example.
When you begin, a progress bar will appear in the lower right.
Typicaly, the process runs at about 1 image every 2 seconds.
When complete, save via the Save Query Rdata button in the top left.
This will add a file named finFindR.Rdata as bellow. A popup will indicate when the save is complete.
