Everyone on the team, needs to do their updates every week on their issues the day before the team meeting.

All volunteers are expected to do 6 hours per week (excused absences are ok), and provide updates every week. If someone is on an excused absence the pm should either let them keep the issue, in which case we would expect that there is an update that covers that, including the date they will return. Or take the issue back, clean it up, and put it back into the prioritized backlog. All absences over 2 weeks require being unassigned from issues and its strongly recommended that you offboard (3 weeks has a tendency to turn into longer).
