Summary of Research

Question

  • The objective of this study is to determine if the placement, iconography, and language of the Download to CSV button and modal support user expectations for downloading saved projects.

Purpose

  • Understand user behaviors and expectations related to the Download to CSV button on the My Projects page of the TDM Calculator, which provides the user the ability to download projects they have created. Users can download to CSV all of their projects, a set of filtered projects, or individually checked projects.
