Issue

Problem Statement

Checkboxes can not be tabbed to unless a setting is turned on in Safari browser .

Potential Solution

Creating our own checkbox component so it is tab navigable no matter the browser.

Feasibility Determination

Since the the setting already exists in Safari browser it is deemed not to be a good return on investment of engineering time.
