Problem Statement:

TDM Calculator needs to determine if Users would like a process within the site to Withdraw TDM plan submittal from review.

Potential Solution:

Feature: a Calculator user would use the Calculator to tell LADOT that they want to withdraw their TDM Plan submittal from review. Process and withdrawal States: Withdrawal States

Feasibility Determination:

LACP and LADOT would prefer if users sent an email to the assigned staff at LADOT to say "I'm not moving forward with this project and want to withdraw my application. Please stop reviewing my TDM Plan. Can I have any of my fees refunded?"

Stakeholders do not want this detailed in the FAQ. See comments on stakeholder slide 2025-05-13
