Archived Projects

  • The Archived Projects page allows users to view projects that have been archived and are no longer active. It provides a centralized location to access historical project data without cluttering active project workflows.
  • This page is for project managers, admins, and contributors who need to view archived (inactive) projects, reference past project data, and navigate between active and archived project views.

Features & Functionality

Table Display: Archived projects are shown in a table with the following fields:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Created By
  • Created On
  • Last Saved
  • Archive Date

Navigation Links:

  • Return to Active Accounts (navigates to Security Roles page)
  • Return to Archived Accounts (navigates to Archived Accounts page)

What Does Archiving a Project Mean?

Archiving a project removes it from active workflows while preserving its data.

  • The project is no longer editable
  • It is removed from active project lists
  • All project data is retained
  • The project appears only in the Archived Projects page

Who Can Archive Projects?

Archiving permissions are limited to authorized roles such as:

  • Admins
  • Project Managers Users without permissions will not have access to archive actions.

How to Archive a Project

(Note: Archive action is not shown on this page and likely occurs elsewhere in the application.)

  1. Navigate to an active project
  2. Locate the archive option (e.g., settings or actions menu)
  3. Select Archive Project
  4. Confirm the action After confirmation, the project will appear on the Archived Projects page.
