How to set up Google Calendar invites for your team

Why the setup is so important

So that new (and prospective) team members get to talk to a live person face to face as quickly and reliably as possible.

Pre-requisites

Which Zoom Rooms to use

  • Ideally use Zoom 1-3. If there are no zoom rooms available at the time you need them, you can use Zoom 4, subject to the following restrictions
    • It is never available on Monday and Tuesday night 5:45-9:00pm because it's reserved for onboarding
    • ask if zoom 4 is being reserved by a team offering research appointment slots (you can ask by adding your proposed schedule to the product management community of practice meeting)
  • Ryan was asked to document the Zoom usage guidelines for future reference.
