Summary of Research
Question
- What are intern's technical skill level upon starting the internship?
- What are intern's technical skill level improvement at the end of the internship?
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to understand the starting level and improvement of the intern’s technical skills.
- Establish a baseline understanding of Intern skill level before they start the internship
- Establish an understanding of Intern skill level after the internship for comparison
This study will only focus on the intern’s technical skills, such as coding.

- An entry survey will be administered after the application survey process and an exit survey will be administered during the final week of the internship
