Why do we need coaching?

Employers look for a balance of hard skills and soft skills when making hiring decisions. Throughout the internship, you will encounter obstacles that make you less productive as a new worker than you will be as a seasoned one. This is the opportunity to talk about those obstacles with someone who will understand the context and get actionable advice on how to tackle them. This also sets the stage for how to talk to your future bosses, when you can resolve something on your own.

How long is the meeting

The meetings are usually 15-30 min.

What is the frequency

We hold them once a week.
