Welcome to the UI/UX team at 311-Data.

Getting Started:

1. Join our Slack Channel at #311-Data
2. Read the Joining the 311-Data Team and Communication Guide
3. Review the UI/UX Design Onboarding guide and collect the following information:

• SlackID: (click your slack picture > ellipses > copy member id)
• Github ID
• the email address associated with your Figma account

1. Attend your first weekly team meeting at 311 Data (Wednesday at 7PM)
2. Familiarize yourself with the Kanban Board and how to find issues that fit your role
3. Familiarize yourself with the 311-Data Figma. Look through each page on the 311-Data and read through each content description. Before creating any content on the Figma document, read through the Design System, reference previous assets, and review any useful information on the Wiki.

Design Weekly Schedule:

• Designers update by Monday night.
• Design leads review updates by Tuesday.
• Present updates and get feedback from the team at 7:00 PM general meeting design breakout.

Working on Issues

• Reference Issue Workflow for GitHub Issue instructions
• Use the page with your name on Figma for your work.
• Use the New Issues Template to organize your work.
