• Comparison Tool: Should Compare Neighborhood Councils as well
• Fix: Colors on Heatmap conflict with colors of request types; Colors of calls conflict with request types
• Comparing data: Colors can be confusing neighborhood/city vs request type
• Have key for what each method of submitting is
• Make Pins selection default on map

• Show Clustering of Pins
• Scroll Bars everywhere appropriate!
• Should be able to zoom in and out

• Heatmap: Feels like having more than one request type in a heat map (without some differentiation for each type) is potentially confusing
• Would use pins more frequently than heatmap
