VCN Creation using Wizard...

Firstly Open and sign in to oracle cloud..

Now, Click on the Burger Menu (Navigation menu) on the Right side of Screen..

Scroll Down and Click on the NETWORKING & Now Click on the VIRTUAL CLOUD NETWORKS..

On VCN page click _Actions _a drop-down menu will appear choose Start VCN Wizard

In the Start VCN Wizard page choose first option Create_ VCN with Internet Connectivity_ and on Downside click Start VCN Wizard

On the Configuration page Give Basic information write VCN NAME and Select _Network Compartment _from dropdown

configure VCN will automatically will be filled by default after doing all UP written process..

configuration Also Shows you Public/private subnets by Default..

click NEXT on the bottom left side of Screen.

Now REVIEW and click on the CREATE

Now on the Bottomside of Screen click on VIEW VCN..

Now while finding VCN's on VCN page > click on the Network Compartment..

VCN CREATED..
