Creating an AWS account

To use this code with a Nissan Leaf, you need to have AWS accounts, I'll try to run through the process below, but Amazon change things regularly.

Firstly, go to https://aws.amazon.com and start the sign up process for a free account. For me, I used the same email address as I am using for alexa as it keeps everything neat. I don't know if this is a requirement or not.

Once you've signed up, there are verification processes to follow but once those are complete, you should be able to access the AWS management console.

You will also need to sign up for an account at https://developer.amazon.com/ in order to link your alexa skill to your application. Again, I used the same email address for neatness.
