A flag is just a piece of text that's used to verify you've performed a certain action. In security challenges, users are asked to find flags to prove that they've successfully hacked a machine

Deploy the virtual machine and connect your device to tryhackme using the AttackBox or via OpenVPN. After the virtual machine is deployed you can check if the machine is reachable using Ping. If the virtual machine is reachable you can enter the IP into a web-browser and get the flag.
