Connect to the PSJoy server

Once you have successfully installed the PSJoy server and the official PS4 Remote Play app you can finally establish a connection with your PSJoy or ShockPad app to the PSJoy server. If you haven't already configured or installed the PSJoy server or the official PS4 Remote Play program follow this guide.

You can establish a connection via Bluetooth or WiFi. Please note, the Remote feature is only available for the PSJoy app and you have to establish a connection via WiFi. If you want to switch to Bluetooth navigate to settings -> Connection -> Connection type in the PSJoy or ShockPad app and choose Bluetooth. Be sure your PC is visible and that your Bluetooth chip on your PC is supported by the PSJoy server. You can check within the PSJoy server if your Bluetooth chip is supported. If you open the Status window in the PSJoy server the status of Bluetooth should be "Available".

You can also connect your Dulashock gamepad with your Android smartphone via Bluetooth or USB-OTG. Be aware that connected Bluetooth gamepads can interfere the Stream connectivity and speed on many Android devices. It is highly recommended to connect your Dulashock gamepad via USB-OTG for optimal performance. If you can not hear any sound while your Dualshock gamepad is connected, you have to go to the developer options on your Android phone and deactivate "USB audio routing". This should normally not be necessary but some devices may still route the audio to your Dualshock gamepad.
