To set the IP address and subnet mask for a PC first click on them individually, then click the Desktop tab, and then choose 'IP configuration' in the list of options available under it. From here you can enter the type of IP address and Subnet mask you want in the IPv4 Address and Subnet Mask fields

To set the IP address and subnet mask for the switch first click on it, choose the Config tab in the window that appears, and then pick the FastEthernet interface that you want to configure, just be sure you remember which port the computers are connected to. Then in this new window for each interface, go to the section called "IP Configuration" and enter the matching computer's IP and mask respectfully.
