Calculation Notes

• This report includes clients who have exited to a permanent destination, or had a move-in-date at a PH project within the date range specified. Days homeless is calculated by finding the latest entry into a homeless project that precedes the permanent exit from homelessness. If multiple overlapping homeless enrollments precede the exit, the entry date is used from the earliest contiguous enrollment.
