HUD Reports

The Warehouse has been updated with the FY 2024 HMIS changes. Please note, all reports that are dependent on HUD reports have now been updated and are available in the Warehouse. Here is our anticipated schedule for when HUD Reports will be available:

  • APR/CAPER - Complete
  • CE-APR - Complete
  • LSA - Complete
  • PATH - Complete
  • SPM - Complete
  • PIT/HIC - March (dependent on HUD releasing additional information)

Community of Origin Report

  • Universe Selection
    • Reporting Period - Expanded to be longer than one month.

Demographic Summary Report

  • Chronically Homeless
    • Added breakdown by Household Type
  • High Acuity
    • Added breakdown for 1 disability.
    • Added breakdown by Household Type.
    • Updated High Acuity definition to include only clients with 2+ episodes of homelessness. The full definition of High Acuity is:
      • The count of clients who did not meeting the chronic definition
      • Have two or more indefinite and impairing disabling conditions
      • Have 2+ episodes of homelessness (including the current episode) in the past 3 years.
  • Unsheltered
    • Added breakdown by Household Type.
  • Download
    • Updated Excel and PDF download to align with new data fields
    • Added Client Count to Household Types.
  • CoC Breakdowns
    • Added breakdown by CoC as separate columns into existing tables in the report download, when CoCs are chosen in the Universe Selection.

Zip Code Report

A new report that includes the count of clients and households by zip code. The report is displayed as a table and calculated by:

  • Zip code of the Project Address as entered in ProjectCoC.Zip (2.03.7).
  • Count of unique clients with an open enrollment based on the Universe Selection.
  • Count of unique Heads of Household with an open enrollment based on the Universe Selection

Bug Fixes, Minor Updates, and Client-Specific Changes

  • CoC Performance Measurement Report - Removed SPM button from published version of the report.

  • Cohorts - Fixed bug causing limit on clients listed in the Removed Clients Tab.

  • Confidential Files

    • Added function to auto-check Confidential File when user has permission to View Confidential Files.
    • Added Associated Enrollment and Data Source requirement.

  • Hashed CSV Export - Fixed bug causing an error upon submission to the RHY Repository.

  • HAT Assessment - Updated HAT Assessment to include new questions (Tarrant).
