Cohort Updates

  • Columns
    • Client Note: Exposed date of note.
    • Sorting: Fixed bug causing sorting issue. Note - Sorting only works with the down arrow with some browsers.

CoC Performance Measurement Report

  • Charts: Fixed a bug causing charts to look distorted.
  • Filter
    • Comparison Pattern: Added a new filter to review results by Prior Period or Prior Fiscal Year. Prior Period includes the same timeframe for the year prior. Prior Federal Fiscal Year includes the last Fiscal Year (10/1 to 9/30).

Date Homelessness Started Report

  • Filter
    • Dates to Compare: Added a new filter to review results by Entry to Exit, Date Homelessness Started to Entry, or Date Homelessness Started to Exit.
  • Download: Fixed bug causing Excel download to fail.

HMIS Data Quality Tool

  • Download: Added Excel download option for By Client tab.

System Pathways Report

  • Access: Limited access to drilldowns to users with “Can view clients” or “Can edit clients” permissions.
  • Universe Selection: Added Coordinated Entry to the Project Type filter criteria.
  • Download: Added “Download Report” button that downloads a PDF of the Sankey Chart and associated table result by project type.
  • Live-Filter
    • CE Involved: Added new filter for clients With CE Assessment.
  • Sankey Chart: Added a description to explain who is included in each node.
  • Results Table: Added hyperlinks to the count column.
  • Bar Charts
    • Added a dotted line between rows in each chart.
    • Removed rows from the charts where results are zero.
  • Demographic Breakdown: Updated dropdown so that a selection updates both “Clients by” and “Average Days by” results.

CAS Updates

  • EHV Navigation Route (Match Route 8)
    • Reordered step 4 and 5.
    • Removed decline and cancel/park reasons.
  • EHV Case Management Route (Match Route 9)
    • Removed decline and cancel/park reasons.

Bug Fixes, Minor Updates, and Client-Specific Changes

  • HAP Report - New report that calculates the number of households with children, adult-only households, unduplicated adults and unduplicated adults and children that received bridge housing, case management, rental assistance, emergency shelter, or innovative supportive housing. The eRAP Data CSV must be uploaded to queue the report.
