The Warehouse has been updated with the FY 2024 HMIS changes. Please note, all reports that are dependent on HUD reports have now been updated and are available in the Warehouse. Here is our anticipated schedule for when HUD Reports will be available:

  • APR/CAPER - Complete
  • CE-APR - Complete
  • LSA - Complete
  • PATH - Complete
  • SPM - Complete - New version of SPM released in December.
    • Added PersonalID to client detail of the report.
    • SPM Dependent Reports that were also updated: Longitudinal System Performance Measures, CoC Performance Measurement Dashboard, Performance Metrics, Project Scorecard, and System Performance Measures by Sub-Population.
  • PIT/HIC - January/February (dependent on HUD releasing additional information)

HUD Reports

  • LSA
    • Added a disclaimer when project information is missing data and fails to populate. The disclaimer includes details on what projects are missing data.

CoC Performance Measurement Dashboard

Public Embed - A new feature that allows you to embed the dashboard on a public site. A user must have the "Publish Reports" permission assigned to their role in order to see the Publishing option. Once this permission is assigned, they will see a Publishing dropdown at the top of the report that describes what will be published. After a report is published (which takes a few minutes), you will see a publicly available url and embed code that you can copy/paste to publish on your website. Below is an image of what this looks like.

Bug Fixes, Minor Updates, and Client-Specific Changes

  • Core Demographics Report - Fixed bug causing HoH selection in universe to deflate Adult and Child Household Count.
  • Demographic Summary Report - Fixed bug causing discrepancy between download and Warehouse results.
  • HMIS Data Quality Tool - Fixed bug causing clients to be erroneously placed in “Enrollments: Head of Household is Missing Client Location” category.
  • CAS Sync Method - New sync method is available; Boston (in a project group, with a release).
