Hernan & Misha concluded by doing TeamSourcing we can ellaborate an idea of the present situation of the Team Metrics Awareness, get the Metrics in wich they are already working on and, by this process, involve them into Activities Measurement to Attain Team Goals.

Competition! Lets make our work measurable, so we can celebrate each success and move faster with more focus!

We realized that to reduce stress and do at any point what will give the highest result, we just to need to measure what we are doing. We set up metrics for all key processes in our team so we can see where is a space for imporvement and what tasks will give fastest positive change.

Now we have a competition, who will find more of creative ways to get measurable indicators of work that we do. Who get's most will get a piece of cake, big piece of cake ;-)

  • In which projects are you involved
  • Who is the leader of your team? (the formal and the real one)
  • Which is your personal goal in your team/area?
  • Which is the goal of your team?
  • Do you use any metrics or indicators to measure results in your activities? (Y/N)
  • Do you use any tool to obtain this indicators? (Y/N)
  • Which specific tools do you use to measure your work (time tracking, Goolge analytics, Facebook insights, website statistics)?

  • What is key indicator of your work (page visits, number of posts, conversion)
  • What part of your time you do tasks that could be measured by numbers that you named above (we know there is always unstructured work that is hard to measure) (50% ? 90% ?)
  • What kind of tools would you like to have available to see result and performance of your work

Enough about you, we are one team, we write posts, design images, set up adds, improve CRT, ret likes, imporve reach, drive traffic, convert it to leads etc. It's all numbers!
