Using the Multiplication Function

In this topic you multiply values together using your Huawei Android phone.

Prerequisites

• You need an Huawei Android phone with stock applications pre-installed. See Using your Calculator App
• You need the Calculator App open. See How to start your Calculator App

Steps

1. Clear the calculator memory
2. Select the number three (3). This is the number of sandwiches to order
3. Select the multiply (*) sign
4. Select the number three (2). This is the value of a sandwich - $2
5. Select the equals (=) sign

Result

Your Calculator App now shows the answer of multiplying two by three, which equals six. So the total cost of the three sandwiches is six dollars ($6).
