app-admin/bubba-frontend installs the web pages that make the Bubba GUI

USE flags

• apache2: prepares apache for running the Bubba GUI (default: enabled)
• nginx: prepares nginx for running the Bubba GUI (default: disabled)
• systemd: lets the GUI use systemd specific commands to control services (default: disabled)
• debug: installs the GUI in developer mode (default: disabled)
