If you want to make translation of user interface controls and tooltips to your language, you need to

1. install and run Qt Linguist: github.com/thurask/Qt-Linguist/releases

2. take special .ts file, which contains all strings to translate, load translation file into Qt Linguist and make translation.

3. Make pull request with your translation.
