RAE todo:

• Review website. Offer DFC specific feedback.

• Provide photos/images for website.

  • Done.

• Review & update documents used in previous camp, including registration form hosted via Google Forms.

  • Done.

• Once flyer is nailed down, post flyers. (Public libraries, Alley's, Edg clam shack, Menemsha, Main St. Edg, ...)

  • Waiting for DFC's feedback.

• Write up installation instructions for students (will need details filled in by DFC about iOS & such)

• Write up instructions for the morning.

• Write up project samples for the afternoon.

DFC todo:

• Test installation procedure.
• Test iOS deployment.
• Publicize within networks, and to newspapers & MV schedule websites.
• • emails / texts sent to reporters / editors for MV Gazette & MV Times - expect piece in Gazette week of 8/3; ?? on Times - they expect to cover it day of...
• • I sent emails out to all waitlisted / interested people from Minecraft camp, as well as some friends network. Will send out more.
• • Placed calendar events in MV Times, MV Gazette, mvol.com, ticketsmv, etc.
