Sieve

• SimpleTech Sieves are crafted using planks, sticks, and String.
• The base level sieve provides some basic items, including bones, coal, sticks, and iron nuggets.
• Higher level sieves are crafted by combining eight of some key item with a basic sieve.
• The Sieve and the Bio Sieve (can be made with Saplings) are mission-critical early game.
• The Gold Sieve is worth the cost as soon as you can afford it (eight bars of gold).
