Welcome to AuthoIPTV β a modern, desktop IPTV player designed with performance and flexibility in mind. This guide will help you install the app, load your first playlist, and get streaming in no time.
You can download the latest release from the Releases section of the GitHub repository.
- Windows (x64 / x86)
- macOS (Intel & Apple Silicon)
- Linux (AppImage & DEB)
βΉοΈ Choose the correct architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for your device to avoid installation issues.
Minimum system requirements:
- OS: Windows 10+, macOS 11+, or modern Linux distro
- RAM: 2 GB (4 GB recommended)
- Disk Space: ~500 MB free
- Internet: Stable broadband connection
After installing:
- Open AuthoIPTV from your desktop/start menu.
- On first launch, youβll see a clean main screen.
To add a playlist:
- Click on β (Add Playlist).
- Enter:
- Playlist Name (e.g., My IPTV)
- M3U URL or JSON URL
- (Optional) Custom User-Agent if your provider requires authentication
- Click Save & Load.
Your playlist will load into the main screen for easy navigation.
- Click any channel in your playlist to start playback.
- Use the full-screen button, volume control, and audio selector in the top app bar.
- Use keyboard shortcuts for fast navigation (see Keyboard Shortcuts).
You can test a single stream without a full playlist:
- Click on
βΆοΈ Play Stream icon. - Enter the stream URL, optional headers, and DRM (ClearKey) info if needed.
- Click Play to stream instantly.
- Edit or Delete playlists from the main screen.
- Use Search to quickly find a playlist or channel.
- Enable Auto-Refresh for playlists that change frequently.
