Cloning

• G1: TOP10 / DH10B (good cloning strain)
• G6: NEB Turbo (TG1 derivatives that also grow fast)
• G7: TG1 (grows fast, but not recA-)
• XL10 Gold

Protein expression

• G2: BL21(DE3) pLysS (CmR)
• G3: BL21-AI (induced by arabinose, not IPTG)
• G4: LOBSTR
• G5: ArcticExpress RIL (SpR / GnR)
