The Tranquilizer Gun is a weapon used to subdue wild animals for capture. It requires Tranquilizer Darts as ammunition. The gun has 384 durability.

To use the tranquilizer gun, right-click and aim like a vanilla bow.

Shooting an animal with a tranquilizer dart applies 200 ticks (10 seconds) of Slowness and puts them to sleep for 1000 ticks (50 seconds.) Tranquilizing Protective or Aggressive animals is necessary to catch them in the Animal Net.

Because the tranquilizer effect lasts a long time, tranquilizing aggressive wild animals is a good alternative to killing them if they pose a threat to players or their pets. Combined with the net, dangerous animals can be relocated away from a house or base.

To craft a Tranquilizer Gun, you need an Iron Ingot, Stick, Wood Planks, Wood and Lever.
