Moray eels are large marine eels. They are carnivorous, but will not attack players.

Moray eels are tamed with Shark Kibble and bred with Shark Vials.

Moray eels are considered to have a x activity level.

Without additional mods installed, morays will spawn in ocean, frozen ocean and deep ocean biomes. They always spawn in pairs.

With other biome mods installed, morays will, by default, spawn in other ocean biomes.

Tamed morays can use the Brush, Whale Floater, Ball and Tire Swing enrichments.

Morays eat a Piscivore-type diet.

Moray eels have five species variants.

Variant 0 is the green moray. They are olive green with dark brown eyes.
Variant 1 is the lolly brown moray. They are dark green-brown with yellow eyes.
Variant 2 is the zebra moray. Zebra morays are black or dark brown with vertical white stripes, and brown eyes.
Variant 3 is the giant moray. Giant morays are mottled gray with a slightly green head and brown eyes.
Variant 4 is the honeycomb moray. They are dark brown with pale green "webbed" markings, and yellow eyes.
