Hawksbill turtles are tamed with Tortoise Kibble and bred with Tortoise Vials.

Spawning
Without additional mods installed, hawksbills will spawn in and on beaches. They always spawn alone.
With other biome mods installed, hawksbills, by default, spawn on other beach biomes.
Care
Tamed hawksbills can use the Brush, Ball and Tire Swing enrichments.
Hawksbill eat a Sea turtle-type diet.
