The Black Rhinoceros is one of two rhinoceros species in zawa, the other being the Sumatran rhinoceros. Untamed rhinos are protective and may attack players who get too close to them.

Black rhinos are tamed with Pachyderm Kibble and bred with Pachyderm Vials.

Spawning

Without additional mods installed, black rhinos will spawn in desert, plains and savanna biomes, including hills and mutated variants. Rhinos are solitary, and always spawn alone.

With other biome mods installed, black rhinos will, by default, spawn in similar grassland biomes.

Care

Tamed black rhinos can use the Brush, Salt Lick, Ball, Tire Swing and Enrichment Ball enrichments.

Black rhinos eat a Grazer-type diet.

Variants

Black rhinos have four variants. They are not sexually dimorphic.

Drops

When killed, black rhinos can drop Large Meat.
