Sneak+Use on Building to copy data and settings. And use on other Building to paste them.

The Copy Scroll works like Mekanism's Configuration Card and Thermal Series's Redprint. Supported data are 'Crafting Recipes', 'Saplings', 'Menu', 'Fuel', 'Minimum Stock', 'Hostiles' and etc.
