Overview
Added 'Network Storage' tab in Warehouse building. If some storage mods are installed, you can place 'Link Block' what link Warehouse and storage network. Then courier can extract/insert items at storage network via link block.
This feature's ultimate goal is allows citizen request to craft items to networks.

Steps
- Place link block at warehouse floor.
- Open 'Network Storage' tab in Warehouse building.
- Click 'Refresh' button.
- Is is success if showing placed block at list.
Guide - Common Network Storage
Common Network Storage is supports universial chests and item handler blocks.
Like Iron Chests and 'Tom's Simple Storage Mod`, etc.
This block will links Warehouse with blocks around of self.

Guide - Refined Storage
Colony master should have permissions for access network. The link block name was changed to 'Grid for Colonist'.
Guide - Applied Energistics 2
The link block name is 'ME Terminal for Colonist'. Place that terminal at ME Cable in Warehouse building.
Guide - Simple Storage Network
The link block name is 'Storage Inventory for Colonist'.
