STRoLL project dataset collection

We are going to use datasets that we collected during our previous research, e.g. LCAS long-term dataset and Stromovka dataset.

We are also going to collect four new outdoor datasets. The first dataset was collected at the Hostibejk site near Prague and we plan to release it towards the end of 2017. See the system robustness of our RA-L-17-0862.
